Recently I broke my leg whilst playing soccer (to be honest, I wasn’t anywhere near the ball and, if anything, I was merely briskly walking). As a result I have had quite a bit of time on my hands and stumbled across this.
It’s a website for “Physie”, or physical culture, which is a sport for girls and women from 4 years up which aims to build confidence, good posture, strength, fitness and flexibility through exercise.
I decided to email them about joining “Physie” and this is how it all panned out… so far.
